Santa Fe County Manager Roman Abeyta will report on the county's reactions to the recommendations in the LWVSFC transparency study and detail the improvements undertaken as a result of the study. LWVSFC Unit Meeting: Consensus Questions on the LWVSFC Transparency in Government Study.
Consensus questions on the Transparency in Government study will be discussed and a position presented to the LWVSFC Board for approval at their meeting on April 14.

LWVSFC Immigration Panel.
A panel discussion on immigration will cover issues at local, state, and national levels. Representatives from the City of Santa Fe, Santa Fe County, New Mexico state government, business, and law will cover current immigration policies and implications for economic development. Panelists will also discuss legal issues related to undocumented immigrants and likely federal policy and legislative action in the coming months. Click here for background reading on immigration.
